Q. Why did I ‘Subscribe’ to Mama’s Craft Basket’s FREE Exclusive VIP Club but I’m not receiving any correspondence?

A. Occasionally when subscribing to our emails using the ‘Join My FREE Exclusive VIP Club’ opt-in form the ‘Activation’ email will land in your JUNK FOLDER. When subscribing we use a two-step process in which you subscribe using our Opt-In form, then an activation email is automatically sent to you. You must then activate (confirm) your participation to be added to our list.

Q. Why did I create an ‘Account’ on the Mama’s Craft Basket website but I’m not receiving their emails?

** NOTE AS OF AUGUST 31, 2017 ** The ‘My Account’ function on this website was discontinued. There were too many spambots accessing the website which became increasingly uncomfortable. We apologize if this has impacted you in a negative way.

If you wish to join our email list, follow this link to our Opt-In form. You must then activate (confirm) your participation to be added to our list.

Q. 
Why does the ‘Home’ option on the menu above the ‘Mama’s Basket’ product page (top left) not go back to the main product menu?

A. I am not sure why this WooCommerce theme does this.(Flaw?). Navigating backwards through the product menu will NOT take you back to the main product page. When you press on ‘Home’ it returns you the HOME (WELCOME) PAGE. You must press the ‘MAMA’S BASKET’ tab at the top to return to the main product page. Sorry for this inconvenience.
